Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping Policy & International Shipping Policy

 

 

Domestic Shipping is provided by UPS, USPS 
International Shipping is provided by DHL, UPS

 

A tracking number will be sent to the email that you provide. If you are shipping to a business address please include the name of the business along with the name of the recipient at the business.

 

Shipment processing time

 

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you order products that we do not have in stock, our warehouse team will notify you and refund you for that product immediately. 

Please contact the delivery company directly for any questions regarding shipping.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Lash Code is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All

fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

Damaged / Missing Merchandise

 

Lash Code is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
If your package is damaged please provide photos of the damaged package so we may start the claim process.

All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. We will always work with you on shipping issues & to ensure you get your products in prefect condition.

Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our sterile products, we only accept returns if the products are defective or damaged.

A valid receipt is required. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) 

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Exchanges


Due to the nature of our sterile products, we only replace items or exchange if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email to: info@prolashcode.com

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking and insurance is advised. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
